I was initially hesitant to try their fruit-topped bagel (the pre-jam), despite all the buzz, but it turned out to be absolutely delicious. It is definitely worth a try! It’s the perfect stop in Santa Monica if you're looking for a bagel with a unique twist.

Location: Silver Lake, approximately 25 minutes from USC

Overview: Another LA favorite, Maury’s offers hand-rolled, boiled bagels that are both chewy and satisfying. Their smoked salmon and avocado bagel is a must-try, and the cozy ambiance makes it a good spot to relax and enjoy a weekend breakfast.

Overview: Pop’s Bagels is owned by a USC alumni so I highly recommend trying it and showing your Trojan Family love! They’re beloved for their fluffy, fresh bagels and premium ingredients. You can order everything from traditional bagels with cream cheese to modern combinations. Plus, their freshly baked bagels are always a treat if you're on the Westside.
