Come with Me to a Men’s Volleyball Game

Did you know that USC students can watch regular-season, home games for almost every sport? Last week, Trojans faced off against UC San Diego at the Galen Center. As a long-time fan of USC volleyball, I jumped at the chance to see my school’s victory over the Tritons. Follow me to learn more about the volleyball game experience!

Sports 360: Volleyball
By: Kelly Kinas ‘16
I’ve played volleyball. Oh yeah, I’ve played volleyball. Eighth grade. Picture me: totally ready to already be in high school but still having another year of middle school. So I join every. single. sport possible. I joined basketball, cheerleading, swimming, track, cross country, and of course, volleyball. The only real skill I had at volleyball was being able to serve really well. The most prominent memory of my 8th grade volleyball career was at the championship match. I was put in to serve and then taken out the next point. Every single time for the same girl who was better at everything but horrible at serving.

Meet Emily

Hello Tumblr. We meet at last. You are the last social media frontier that I haven’t posted on. Now that we’ve met, I couldn’t be any happier!! I’ve blogged before on espnW representing the USC Women’s Volleyball team, but after a semester of silence the opportunity to share the USC experience on Trojans 360 was a calling I couldn’t refuse. So hello Tumblr, friends, and prospective new readers!
